Tahan development programme

Most participants find our development programme challenging - one intensive week covering basic accounting, financial analysis & modelling, credit analysis & structuring, plus overviews on legal documentation and hybrid capital. For the finale, we break up the participants into groups to work on different case studies, which are then presented to our investment team. Admittedly, it is a lot of information to assimilate and apply onto a case study in one week. It requires genuine interest, resilience and teamwork.

For the June 2026 programme, we added an additional challenge for the participants. As 1 June (Monday) was a public holiday, we compressed the programme to 4 days - everyone talked a bit faster and the days ended a bit later.

The end result? We were impressed by the focus and enthusiasm of this group of participants. The output of the case studies showed understanding and application of the knowledge learnt. This group took on the additional challenge and nailed it!
