Charles is a founding partner of Tahan Capital Management and serves as Chief Investment Officer for Public Credit. He brings more than 30 years of experience in trading and investing across global credit markets.

Charles graduated with high distinction from the University of Toronto, Canada, with a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance. He is also a Chartered Accountant and a CFA charter holder. Prior to founding Tahan Capital, Charles spent many years at UBS in various roles across credit research, trading and investment. He was last a Managing Director and Head of Asian Strategic Investment Group, which focused on high yield and distressed credits, China non-performing loans and private finance.
